Users can also do online recharges and bill payments, book movie tickets, do travel bookings among others using the service. Recently, the company announced that it has expanded its services for the non-internet users.

The company has introduced a toll-free number -- 1800 1800 1234 -- to enable customers and merchants without internet connection to pay and receive money instantly and also recharge their mobile phones. In order to use the service, both customers and merchants have to register with Paytm via their mobile number and set a 4-digit Paytm PIN. But in order to setup this feature, users must have a smartphone with internet connection to setup this feature in their Paytm account. Moreover, the call made on the toll-free number should be done with the same mobile number which is registered with Paytm.
